Hi, I’m Roan Kelley! I’m from Stockton, California, and I’m currently studying economics at the University of Nevada, Reno. I chose this major because I enjoy understanding how businesses run and why people make the choices they do. I work at Trader Joe’s in Sparks, Nevada now but have been with the company for over two years, which has taught me a lot about customer experience, teamwork, and staying organized in a fast-paced environment. I’m someone who enjoys learning new things, being active, and challenging myself whether that’s in school, work, or daily life. I’m exploring career paths in business, economics, and analytics, and I’m excited to build a future where I can grow both professionally and personallyA big part of who I am comes from staying active and trying new things.

After 14 years of playing baseball, I wanted new challenges and ended up diving into weightlifting and snowboarding which are two hobbies I quickly grew passionate about. When I’m not in the gym or on the mountain, you can usually find me fishing, shooting recreationally, or golfing with my buddies. I enjoy anything that pushes me physically or mentally, and these hobbies give me a balance of excitement, discipline, and time outdoors.
